Frank Romero’s newest print “Arrest of the Paleteros” is a serigraph reproduction of his 1996 painting depicting the paleteros, or ice-cream men, being arrested in Echo Park for not having vendor permits. This 32 color serigraph was hand separated and hand printed here at Modern Multiples.
